本文研究了2023年度863计划节能与新能源汽车重大项目中,电动汽车用动力蓄电池性能测试标准EV锂离子,重点分析了电池性能的测试方法、测试参数、要求、标准特性及注意事项。首先,界定和描述了电池性能的测试内容,包括电池容量、放电特性、循环寿命、温度范围、充电特性等;其次,论述了电池测试方法及参数,包括负载放电、循环放电、冲击测试、短路放电等;最后,探讨了电池的注意事项,包括电池使用环境、温度变化、充放电方式、安全保护及电池组装等。本文通过仔细阐述上述内容,以期为电动汽车用动力蓄电池组的性能测试提供参考。

ect to standardize the performance testing of lithium ion power batteries used in electric vehicles.This paper studies the test standards of lithium ion batteries used in electric vehicles in the 863 program in 2023.This paper focuses on analyzing the test methods, test parameters, requirements, standard characteristics and precautions of battery performance.
Test Parameters and Methods
1. Capacity tests: The capacity test measures the capacity of the battery at a specified temperature.The temperature range of the battery is determined by the manufacturer and the test temperature is generally 20±5℃.The discharge current is determined by the manufacturer.The battery needs to be charged and discharged according to the specified conditions, and the capacity is measured.
2. Discharge characteristic tests: The discharge characteristic tests measure the discharge characteristics of the batteries, such as discharge current, discharge voltage and remaining capacity in different temperatures and environments.Discharge tests are u
sually conducted in the temperature range of 20~50℃.
