摘 要：隨着科技的发展以及人民生活水平的不断提高，人们对汽车的定义已经不仅仅是一个代步工具，汽车的功能越来也多，同时汽车的外观和内饰也在随着人们审美的发生
着翻天覆地的变化。汽车内饰是乘客在乘坐和使用汽车过程中最直观的区域，内饰设计的好坏直接影响着乘客对汽车的评价，好的内饰设计能够赢得顾客的称赞，更能直接推动该车型的销量并提升口碑，所以汽车内饰件感知质量的好坏至关重要。仪表台是汽车内饰件中重要的组成部分，集安全性、功能性、舒适性与装饰性于一身，人们对仪表台的手感、纹理、光泽、调、协调性、精致度也提出了更高的要求。本文主要介绍汽车内饰发展的几个关键阶段，阐述了目前汽车内饰设计的流行元素于设计语言，介绍仪表台饰板包覆常见的问题及解决方案，为今后各车企解决内饰板包覆问题提供一些经验借鉴。

代步汽车 Discussion about the Improvement of the Poor Coating of Automobile Instrument Panel Decoration

Abstract：With the development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards， people’s definition of a car is no longer just a
means of transportation. There are more and more functions of the car. At the same time， the appearance and interior of the car are also following the aesthetics of people. Earth-shaking changes are taking place. The car interior is the most intuitive area for passengers in the process of riding and using the car. The quality of the interior design directly affects the passenger’s evaluation of the car. A good interior design can win the praise of customers and directly promote the model’s development. The perceived quality of automotive interior parts is very important. The instrument panel is an important part of automotive interior parts. It integrates safety， functionality， comfort and decoration. People also put forward more ideas about the feel， texture， gloss， color， coordination， and exquisiteness of the instrument panel. This article mainly introduces several key stages in the development of automotive interiors， expounds the current popular elements and design language of automotive interior design， introduces the common problems and solutions of instrument panel cladding， and solves the interior panels for future car companies providing some experience for reference in the coating problem.

1 引言
仪表台是汽车内饰的重要组成部分，它不仅仅是乘客直接接触的区域，更是安全性、功能性、舒适性与装饰性为一体的部件。仪表板设计的好坏直接影响整车内饰的质感及车型的竞争力，所以在保证仪表台设计合理的同时，提升仪表台感知质量对提高车型的美誉度至关重要。
2 汽车仪表台简介
2.1 仪表台简称IP（Instrument Panel），是汽车内饰的重要组成部分，它是集安全性、功能性、舒适性与装饰性为一体的部件，具有以下主要特征：
（1）安全性：仪表台是汽车主要的安全件，能在碰撞过程中抵抗一部分冲击，具有很好的吸能特性，仪表台内部布置有安全气囊，在车辆发生碰撞时气囊可以及时的弹出，保护乘客的安全;
（2）功能性：仪表台还汽车是重要的储物装置，布置有扶手箱、储物盒、杯托等，可以满足司机和乘客日常的储物需求。
（3）舒适性：仪表台是司机和乘客在乘坐过程中最直观接触的零件，且在设计过程中需要充分考虑使用的便捷性和舒适性，多媒体按键一般布置于仪表台上，给人们日常使用提供便利;
（4）装饰性：为了满足人们的审美，仪表台在设计初期会考虑各种布置方式和装饰元素，单独设计装饰件来提升整车内饰的层次感与科技感。装饰件材质也可以分为实木装饰、真皮装饰、仿皮革装饰、织物装饰等等，根据车型的定位与潜在客户的需求，来确定装饰件的选型。

3 目前主流车型仪表台设计方案
3.1 传统式机械仪表台
传统式机械仪表台主要突出功能性、简约性，没有复杂的操作方式，通常只布置行车必备的功能控制区域，通过传统的按压、旋转等方式控制开关的闭合。优点是布局简单，操作方便，耐久性较好，但是缺少科技感，容易引起视觉疲劳。
