摘要：现阶段我国的二手车鉴定评估体系还不完善,二手车的鉴定评估行业还没有一套科学的评估理论和鉴定方法。文章中将比较国内和国外的二手车价值评估体系,从国内现有的评估方法中出存在的问题，并菱智新能源考虑能影响二手车价格的各种因素，选择重置成本法作为二手车鉴定评估的理论依据，分析了二手车成新率等各项参数指标和调整系数，运用AHP层次分析法进行优化改进，从而确定二手车的鉴定价格，最后用举例来证明新的方法是适用的。

Title    Research on the evaluation system of used car price   
   
Abstract
At present, China's second-hand vehicle identification and evaluation system is not perfect, and the appraisal and evaluation of used cars has not yet set a scientific evaluation theory and identification methods. This article will compare the evaluation system of domestic and foreign second-hand values, find out the existing problems from the assessment method of existing domestic, and consider the various factors can affect the second-hand car prices, the replacement cost method of this theory as the second-hand car appraisal on the basis of analysis of the second-hand car into the new rate parameters and adjustment the coefficient, using the AHP analytic hierarchy process to be improved, so as to determine the identification of the price of second-hand car, finally with examples to prove the new method is applicable.
