摘要
随着汽车市场的飞速发展,客户已越来越成为汽车相关产业发展最重要的资源之一。大多数汽车相关行业认识到建立高效的客户管理系统,是提高客户忠诚度,保证企业生存和发展,提高市场竞争力的关键所在。现在的中国已是世界前列的汽车消费市场与汽车制造国,因此加大对汽车客服这块内容的重视,将对我国汽车市场的健康、快速稳定的发展有重要意义。
丰田,作为汽车行业的老大,CRM管理也是领先与竞争对手的,但是具体的现状及问题还
需仔细分析,以便更好地服务于社会。
由于本人水平有限,不全面或者不客观的地方,希望大家改进。
Abstract
With the fast developing of motor car market, customers has become one of the most important resources of the car industry. Most of the car industries realized that building an effective customer relationship management system is the key to improve the loyalty index, to survive and develop and to compete. Nowadays, China has become a grant market of car production. So paying more attention to the CRM of car will have much to do with the steady rise of our car market.
Toyota, the bellwether of car industry, have done their best to manage customer relationship. However, the research is essential to improve the environment.
Because of my restrictive knowledge, you are welcome to rectify my one-sided and prejudicial opinion.
