）Abstract ：The design on 225/65R17 106T ARCTIC STU99 snow tire was described.In the structure design ，the following parameters were taken ：overall diameter 714 mm ，cross -sectional width 237 mm ，width of running surface 180 mm ，arc height of running surface 7.5 mm ，bead diameter at rim seat 432 mm ，bead width at rim seat 197.8 mm ，maximum width position of cross–section （H 1/H 2） 0.986 0，alternate pitch design of long pattern （M and L type ） and short pattern （S type ），pattern depth 10.5 mm ，block /total ratio 68.25%，and number of pattern pitches 31.In the construction design ，the following processes were taken ：layered extrusion was adopted to produce the tread ，double compound extrusion was used for the sidewall compound production ，nylon 66 cord was applied in the crown belt ，3×0.30HT steel cord was adopted for 1# and 2# belt ，and high modulus and low shrinkage polyester cord was used for carcass.One -stage building machine was used to build tires ，and hydraulic vulcanizing press and nitrogen vulcanization process were applied to cure tires.The test results of the finished tire showed that ，the inflated peripheral dimension ，strength ，durability and high speed performance of the finished tire met the requirements of the corresponding design and enterprise standards.

包括倍耐力品牌在内的多种卡客车轮胎和农业轮胎，在埃及、土耳其和巴西等拥有生产基地，全球员工约7 000人。此次股权托管协议的签订有利于解决同业竞争问题。双方将积极发挥优势，全面提升技术创新能力和先进制造能力，为客户提供更多、更优质的产品。双方将深度发挥协同效应，包括细分市场的渠道协同、全球范围的全价值链协同，在为客户提供更便捷、更有价值的服务的同时，优化采购、供应链等方面的资源配置，与供应商等业务伙伴建立更紧密的合作关系。
