LNG加气站管道保冷材料的选择及应用
               

摘    要
LNG加气站中有大量的低温深冷工艺,装置中包含大量低温深冷的管线和容器设备。装置运行的成本与其冷量损耗问题直接相关,可见到一种合适的保冷方式非常重要。在现行运用比较多的保冷方式中,真空管的运用取得了较好的效果,但是其成本及维护费用高,也存在一些维护方面的操作问题。因此,在研究工作中希望到一种即满足加气站装置保冷要求,又能达到成本及维护费用低的保冷材料。 
泡沫玻璃和聚氨酯泡沫塑料是国内外现在比较常用的保冷材料,两者在使用寿命、绝热、防
霉、防水、防腐蚀等多方面存在着问题。在材料的选择方面,通过全面调查,由德国阿乐斯国际有限公司研制开发的Armaflex低温保冷体系,是一种各项性能比较优越的保冷方式,其材料为丁晴橡胶低温闭泡聚合物与二烯烃低温闭泡聚合物的组合。本文在分析了真空管保冷方式存在的问题,探讨了各保冷材料各项性能的优劣,文中对保冷材料的热力分析做了大量工作,为绝热设计提供了理论前提。研究中结合热力分析结果及材料各性能的对比分析,证明了Armaflex低温体系是适合LNG加气站的高质量保冷方式。
本文以LNG管道保冷材料的选择为主要研究对象,其研究成果已经部分应用于LNG加气站,取得了很好的效果,这证明了本次研究的思路以及方法的正确性。希望本次研究能够对《汽车加油加气站设计与施工规范》(GB50156-2012)进一步完善,特别是LNG加气站安全运行带来积极地影响。

Abstract
Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) filling station has a lot of cryogenic technology, the devices contains a large number of cryogenic piping and vessel equipments. The cost of the devices is directly related to the cold loss, showing that it`s important to find a suitable clod insulation way. In the existing cold insulation way, the use of vacuum achieved good results, but there are some problem in it`s cost and maintenance. Therefore, in this study we wanted to find the material, which not only meet the requirements of stations`s cold storage, but also remain low cost and convinience to maintain.
Foam glass and polyurethane foam is the most commonly used cold insulation material at home and abroad now, but these two materials has some problems in service life, heat insulation, waterproof, mildew and corrosion, etc.. In the aspect of material selection, with a comprehensive survey, the German Alesi International Co Ltd developed Armaflex system at low temperature, cold insulation mode is a kind of the superior performance, the material is the NBR closed cell polymer at low temperature and low temperature close combination of diene global polymer. This paper analyzes the existing vacuum tube cold insulation problems, discussed the performance of the cold material, and has done a lot o
f work in thermal analysis of the cold insulation materials, including the analysis of the variable thermal conductivity material, the calculation formula of thermal analysis. Through the calculation of some outer wall temperature condition, the theoretical thickness of cold insulation materials, to compare the cold insulation performance. The study also use the commercial numerical software Fluent to make a numerical simulation of LNG cold insulation material in cold, obtained the temperature field, provides the theoretical premise for the insulation design.
