摘要:随着汽车电子技术的不断发展,汽车电控系统故障已成为维修常见问题。文章以北京现代伊兰特轿车为例,详细阐述了怠速阀、喷油器及线路故障导致发动机怠速不稳的检测方法。对怠速阀、喷油器元件及其电路进行故障检测,并用示波器检测喷油器两端和ECU输出的喷油信号波形,通过波形分析诊断故障并给出合理的维修建议。关键词:北京现代伊兰特;怠速阀;喷油器;故障检测

Fault detection of Idle Valve and Fuel Innjetor of Beijing Hyundai Elantra car

Abstract: With the continuous development of automotive electronic technology, the failure of automotive electronic control system has become a common problem in maintenance. Taking Beijing Hyundai Elantra car as an example, this paper describes in detail the detection method of engine idle instability caused by idle valve, injector and circuit fault. The idle valve, fuel injector components and their circuits are detected, and the fuel injection signal waveforms at both ends of the fuel injector and ECU output are detected by oscilloscope. The fault is diagnosed by waveform analysis and reasonable maintenance suggestions are given.

1 引言
二手北京现代伊兰特随着汽车舒适性的不断提高,汽车电控系统越来越复杂,电控维修难度越来越大[1]。日常维修中,对于不清楚的电控故障一般都是先通过查询相应的汽车维修手册,其次从各方面获取相关维修资料进行维修[2]。怠速阀在调整进气、稳定怠速有着重要作用,怠速阀发生故障会导致汽车怠速不稳,甚至怠速熄火等[3]。电控系统的喷油电路具有控制喷油量及喷油时刻的作用,喷油器及线路发生故障也会引起发动机怠速不稳[4]。本文主要对发动机怠速阀、喷油器及线路故障进行检测分析,并总结出详细检测步骤。
2 故障检测
2.1 怠速阀故障检测
怠速阀是保证汽车怠速运转的关键零部件之一,在汽车怠速时起到非常重要的作用。怠速阀故障也是常见的汽车故障,其故障检测现象及详细步骤如下:
(1)故障现象:发动机怠速忽高忽低。
(2)读取故障码:用汽车电脑检测仪金德KT600读取故障码,故障码显示P1507:怠速控制执行器开路。
