随着人们对汽车的安全性、舒适性和可靠性的要求越来越高,作为车身主要附件车门附件设计又是车门设计的关键,如何高效、准确、智能化地进行车门附件设计工作,缩短设计周期,是目前汽车行业研究的一个重点。本文就汽车车门及车门附件的设计方法及要求进行了论述,结合实际设计研究,重点对车门玻璃升降器的结构形式,性能要求,设计布置要领等方面做了完整的阐述。针对玻璃升降器的设计及在车门结构中的布置,从结构仿真和优化设计的角度,提出较完整的改善结构设计功能及性能的设计方法。
现代汽车车门附件设计是车门结构设计的重要组成部分。本文从车门附件玻璃升降器的结构设计入手,对影响振动噪音,车门密封,电机寿命,操纵轻便等因素做系统分析和研究,提出合理的结构设计分析方法,有利于优化车门结构设计。国内外对车身结构力学分析及轻量化设计已有所研究及提出设计方法,但就国内车身结构设计中附件系统的寿命研究及力学分析的应用还不够普遍,由此为进一步提高车身附件结构设计性能提出相应设计方法,是车身附件设计发展趋势。研究方法:
(1)利用互联网、图书馆、资料室等,搜集国内外相关的理论和技术,并仔细的学习研读,作
为参考。
(2)建立车门结构三维模型,对车门主要附件机构进行仿真分析,研究其运动及力学特性,提出结构设计优化的相关因素,建立性能分析模型。
