摘要
当前,随着汽车技术的不断进步,汽车已经成为人们必不可少的交通工具,人们生活水平的提高对汽车的安全性、操控性、舒适性和经济性等需求也提高了。所以汽车的各大组成部分的维护与常见故障的诊断也日益显得重要。汽车底盘传动系是汽车发动机与驱动轮之间的动力传递装置。然而它的保养被人们视为可有可无,远没有发动机车身受人重视。其实汽车的传动系,直接关系到汽车的安全性、操控性、舒适性和经济性各种关键的性能。随着现在汽车的不断发展更新,传动系的结构也越来越复杂,自动化程度也越来越高,当然传动系也将是未来汽车发展的重要组成部分。本文首先介绍了汽车传动系结构,然后探讨了汽车传动系常见故障诊断及维修,最后以途安汽车为例,分析了转向系统的故障诊断以及维修。

汽车转向系统故障
Abstract
At present, as automotive technology advances, cars have become an essential means of transport, improvement of people's living standards on vehicle safety, maneuverability, comfort and economy are also improved. So the major part of the car's maintenance and common fault diagnosis is also becoming more and more important. Transmission system of vehicle chassis are automobile engines and power transmission between the driving wheels. Its maintenance was considered dispensable, however, far from engine car valued. Automobile transmission systems, directly related to vehicle safety, maneuverability, comfort and economy of key properties. With the development of the car updated transmission structure is more complex, higher degree of automation and transmission system will be an important part of future vehicle development.  This paper introduces the vehicle powertrain structure, then the auto transmission system fault diagnosis and repair, finally, Touran car as an example, analysis of steering system fault diagnosis and maintenance.
