摘要
随着大型客车市场的竞争加剧,提高设计效率、提高制动性能,使制动系工作可靠发挥汽车高速行驶的动力性能并保证行驶的安全性,降低成本等,已经成为主要的竞争手段。因此,对客车制动器的设计是非常重要的。
本设计是针对CA6120D116大型客车后轮的鼓式制动器及相应驱动机构的设计。设计中采用的是S型凸轮鼓式制动器,驱动机构采用气压驱动。
本文介绍了论文研究的目的和意义、鼓式制动器的各种结构型式及选择、并对相关参数及结构进行选择及设计计算,然后对制动气室进行设计计算,最后对数据强度校核。

Abstract
With the large bus market competition, improve the design efficiency, improve braking performance, the braking system to play a reliable high-speed dynamic performance of vehicle and to ensure drivin
g safety, reduce costs and so on, has become a major means of competition. Therefore, the design of bus brakes is very important.
This design is for CA6120D116 large bus rear drum brake and the corresponding drive mechanism design.It is used S-cam drum brakes and pneumatic-driven drive mechanism.
This article describes the purpose and significance of the research, various structural types of drum brakes, and choice, and select the relevant parameters and structure and design calculations, and then the brake chamber design calculations, the final strength check of data.
