摘要
现代工业发展中，汽车工业在其中占据非常重要的位置。自1953年开始，为第一汽车制造厂奠基题字，标志着中国汽车工业正式起步，经历了六十多年发展历程，取得了非常优异的成绩。全球经济一体化趋势下，我国汽车市场日渐开放，越来越多的跨国汽车企业及配套供应商将目光投向具有广阔市场潜能的中国市场，为中国汽车市场注入了新鲜血液，但同时，也对国内汽车市场提出了巨大的挑战，标志着作为国民经济的汽车工业已经步入国际化、全球化道路。面对激烈的市场竞争，汽车行业降低生产成本、提高自身管理水平要求日渐迫切。汽车生产过程中，零部件采购管理水平高低直接决定整车质量，与企业未来生存及发展存在密切联系。传统采购管理思想中，企业仅强调零部件价格，并将此作为选定供应商的重要因素，与报价最低的供应商签订供货合同，虽然能够在一定程度上降低生产成本，但从长远角度来看，忽略零部件采购质量、信誉等因素，采购体系过于单一、之后，非常不利于企业持续性发展，无法帮助企业更好地适应当前市场经济发展趋势。针对企业而言，采购是连接自己与上游企业的主要载体，越来越多的企业将内部管理体制改革的重点定位到采购环节。尤其是国外发达国家相比较来看，还存在明显的差距。面对我国社会经济发展进入新常态，充分把握采购管理工作至关重要。因此要想突破阻碍，在激烈的竞争中得以生存，就必须要摒弃传统采购管理思想，重新审视零部件采购管理工作，并制定科学、合理的零部件采购管理策略，以提高企业综合竞争实力。随着供应链管理思想的提
出和应用，为采购管理工作带来了新的发展契机。将其引入到实践工作中是时代发展的必然要求，也是企业现代化改革的具体表现，不仅能够将各个环节整合到一起，协调各部门之间的关系，从
根本上突破传统采购工作存在的弊端，且能够显著提高管理水平。
本文对一汽解放汽车零部件采购工作具体内容及流程等进行介绍，针对当前采购管理工作中存在的问题和不足之处进行分析，查原因，最后提出当前采购管理中需要改善的问题。对于对策的提出，笔者将以一汽解放汽车采购部门员工的角度，基于供应链理念，结合自身实践工作经验，提出具体、针对性采购管理策略，从不同的视角着手，构建全面、系统的采购管理体系，并提出了管理优化策略实施的保障措施，如对于流程的优化、人才的培养等，为采购策略落地保驾护航，使得企业采购管理水平得到有效提升，实现零部件采购快速、高效发展目标，增强企业综合竞争力，进而在竞争中争取和获取更多机会。
