晋吉汽车配件有限公司是由世界大型紧固件制造企业—晋亿实业股份有限公司投资兴办，主要生产、销售汽车专用高强度紧固件，总投资2980万美元，注册资本1200万美元，占地面积4万平方米，毗邻上海。建有可存放2万吨产品的自动化立体仓库，拥有各类进口自动化生产及检测设备500余台套，如先进的多工位成型机、高速自动辗牙机、连续式可控气氛瓦斯加热热处理炉、RX变成炉、DX气体发生机、微电脑控制全自动滚镀锌生产线、连续式去氢炉、自动包装机及高频疲劳试验机、探伤试验机、全方位尺寸检测仪等，采用进口及国内大型钢厂优质原材料，运用MIS管理系统，依据国内汽车业最高标准ISO/TS16949的严格要求建立和完善企业品质管理体系，具有较强大的生产汽车零部件的综合实力。
 
JINN-WELL AUTO-PARTS (ZHEJIANG) CO., LTD. was invested and built by GEM-YEAR INDUSTRAIL CO., LTD.------one of the biggest manufacturers of fasteners in the world. JINN-WELL mainly produces and sales the high tensile fasteners for automobile industry, the total investment is USD29.8 million, registered capital is USD12 million, total area is 40,000 square meters. The location is very near to Shanghai. It has the automatic warehouse with the capacity of 20,000 tons, and more than 500 sets of all kinds of imported manufacturing and testing facilities like the multiple stations forming machines, high speed automatic threading machines, the continuing heat treating furnaces heated by gas, protecting air makers, the automatic electric plating facilities controlled by computers, continuing baking furnaces, automatic packing machines and high frequency fatigue testing machine, flaw detector, all dimensional inspecting machine etc. The material is imported from overseas as well as from the domestic big steel mills, using the MIS managing system to control the processing line. The quality system is built and improving according to ISO/TS16949 which is the highest level of quality standard in domestic automobile industry. It has the strong ability to produce the auto parts.
