Abstract：The paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of FAW-Volkswagen Audi’s current development through the IFE matrix， and finds out the key factors that affect the development of the company; the paper uses the CPM matrix to analyze the situation of competitors， and finally， uses the BCG matrix to analyze the situation of existing products. Through the above analysis， the paper provides a reference basis and binding conditions for companies to formulate marketing strategies and plans in the Chinese market to obtain better economic benefits， and maintain a competitive advantage in the competition.
