摘要
本论文从全自动洗车机出发，设计了一套完整的PLC汽车美容产品控制系统。全论文的主要研究从三个方面入手，第一是经过和导师讨论、查阅文献、并对现有的全自动洗车机进行调查，确定了一套完整的全自动洗车系统的总体方案。系统由电机、传感器和接触器等部件组成。第二是从系统的软件和硬件设施入手，先是硬件设施，对所需要的元器件进行对比和筛选，其次是软件设施，软件主要是对整个系统的控制，通过编程语言设计了整个洗车过程的一系列动作。第三是论文最后为了确保设计的可行性，对系统进行模拟、调试。以三菱FX2N系列PLC作为控制核心，结合组态界面达到数据、远程操作等功能。
PLC控制系统是当今社会先进的电子控制技术，以其独特的优点得到各大行业的青睐。本论文中以PLC控制系统控制全自动洗车机，给洗车行业带来了极大的便利，不仅成本低，而且方便使用，是有车一族的福音。

ABSTRACT
In this paper, a complete set of PLC control system is designed from the automatic car washing machine. The main research of the whole paper from three aspects, the first: after the discussion with the tutor, literature review, and the existing automatic car washing machine investigation, determine a complete set of automatic car washing system overall plan. The system consists of motor, sensor, contactor and other components. The second: from the system software and hardware facilities, first hardware facilities, the components required for comparison and screening, followed by software facilities, software is mainly the control of the whole system, through the programming language designed the whole car washing process of a series of actions. Third: finally, in order to ensure the feasibility of the design, the system is simulated and debugged. Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC as the control core, combined with the configuration interface to achieve data, remote operation and other functions.
