【图】新福克斯1.6L发动机工况图及1.6MT手动驾驶的一点探索
一直想看清楚新福克斯1.6L的发动机工况,但无奈并没能在国内的网上到现成的权威数据。
于是自己花了一点苦功,对这款发动机进行人肉式搜索,终于得到了一些挺实用的资料。
福特中国的描述是这样的:
1.6Ti-VCT,
上搜一下,/wiki/Variable_Cam_Timing,
VCT:Variable Camshaft Timing。
Ti-VCT:Twin Independent Variable Camshaft Timing。
翻译成中文还真的是“双独立凸轮轴可变正时发动机”比较合适。
Variable Camshaft Timing (VCT) is an automobilevariable valve timing technology developed by Ford.
福特技术。
(Ti-VCT) is the name given by Ford to engines with the ability to vary the camshaft timing of both the intake and exhaust camshafts independently. Despite the name difference, its operation is the same as standard VCT. Unlike the original versions of VCT, which only operated on a single camshaft, Ti-VCT allows the PCM to advance or retard the timing of both the intake and exhaust camshafts independently. This allows for improved power and torque, particularly at lower engine RPM, as well as improved fuel economy and reduced emissions。

Many new Ford engines feature Ti-VCT, including the 2011-2013 Mustang, 2011 Edge and Edge Sport, 2011 Lincoln MKX, 2011 Fiesta, 2011 Explorer, and 2012 Focus.
相当于是加强版的VCT技术,被应用于2012 FOCUS.

里面关于工况的一节,被我贴图如下:
注意有两句很重要的评述:
while the engine develops its peak torque of 155 Nm already at 4000 rpm, it already comes very close to doing so at
2000 rpm. (2000转时就很接近4000转时获得最大扭矩的表现)
Ford Duratec 1.6 Ti-VCT shows an impressive torque curve over a wide range of engine speeds.
(1.6 Ti-VCT 出的扭矩可以覆盖很大一段发动机转速范围)
从工况图可以看出,2000转到4000转都可以很好的动力输出。
对于手动档的新福克斯1.6L, 我们可以更加坚定地让发动机在2000转到4000转之间肆意奔腾!

因为上一张工况图是85KW而并不是92KW的,所以并不能用作国内新福的工况图。
前段时间抱着试试看的态度给福特欧洲的工程师发了邮件,询问这个1.6L Ti-Vct发动机的情况。
