摘 要
驱动桥的主要功能是加大转矩、减速时驱动桥,并能够分担路面传递给车身的作用力,与整车属性息息相关。对于载重汽车来说,驱动桥的性能优劣更是关键。现代载重汽车的驱动桥研究方向主要偏向于单级减速驱动桥,原因是该设计传动效率较高[1]。
本次毕业设计的任务目标是完成设计风光330汽车驱动桥。本文首先简单对驱动桥的组成以及特点进行介绍。然后通过上网查阅资料获得设计车型参数。查阅机械设计手册完成驱动桥各主要部件的设计计算,并进行强度校核。计算完成后,借助CATIA软件构造三维模型,然后导出二维图。
通过分析各类结构的驱动桥特点,本文决定采取中央单级减速结构,此类型的驱动桥有构造简单,制造工艺难度较低,性价比极高的优点。齿轮选择方面,本文选择了传动效率较高的弧齿锥齿轮。

Abstract

The task goal of this graduation project is to complete the design of the scenic 330 automobile drive axle. Firstly, this paper introduces the composition and characteristics of the drive axle. Then, the parameters of the designed vehicle type are obtained by consulting the data on the Internet. Consult the mechanical design manual to complete th
e design and calculation of the main parts of the drive axle, and carry out the strength check.After the calculation, the CATIA software is used to construct the 3d model, and then the 2d graph is derived.
By analyzing the characteristics of driving axle of various structures, this paper decides to adopt the central single-stage deceleration structure. This type of driving axle has the advantages of simple structure and low manufacturing process difficulty, so it is high cost-performance. In terms of gear selection, thepaper chooses the bevel gear with higher transmission efficiency.
