摘 要
近年来随着汽车工业和科学技术的快速发展,本田 honda使得汽车的检测与维修发生了的变化。为了适应目前日新月异的汽车新技术,满足当前职业院校对汽车教学设施的迫切需求。本田飞度汽车1。3L采用了专门为其设计的全新紧凑型i-DSI发动机,实现了顶级水平的低油耗、高输出、低排放。而且它还配备了CVT(Continuously Variable Transmission)即无级变速器,由于CVT可以实现传动比的连续改变,从而得到传动系与发动机工况的最佳匹配,提高整车的燃油经济性和动力性.为此选择以广州本田飞度这款经典车型变速器设计实验台。本文对该实验台的设计方案进行了一些研究,同时对无级变速器系统的基本原理做了一定的介绍以及油路的走向和各个阀体的工作原理。为制定一台性能可靠、功能齐全的本田飞度汽车变速器实验
台起到了一定的铺垫作用。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, with the auto industry and the rapid development of science and technology, making detection and repair of motor vehicles take place changes. In order to adapt to changing the current new vehicle technology, vocational institutions to meet the current car the urgent need of teaching facilities。 Honda Fit car 1.3 L used a special design for the new compact i—DSI engine, to achieve the top level of low fuel consumption, high output, low emissions。 It is also equipped with a CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) that the CVT, the CVT transmission can be achieved than the continuous change and thus get transmission status of the best matches, improved vehicle fuel economy and dynamic。 For this reason chose to Guangzhou Honda Fit this classic model of the gearbox design test-bed。 In this paper, the design of the test—bed for a number of research programmes, while the i—DSI engine and CVT system to do the basi
