摘  要
随着现代汽车电子设备的增多，汽车电路及电器出现的故障愈显复杂。当汽车电气系统发生故障时，就该对汽车电气系统进行检测、诊断与维修，在检测、诊断与维修过程中就需要维修技师对汽车电气系统有扎实的理论基础和过硬的实践技能，还要有合适的诊断方法。这样，发生故障后，选用合适的诊断方法为能否顺利排除故障的关键。掌握汽车电路故障的诊断方法与步骤，可使排除汽车电气故障变的简单有序。除此之外，当今社会电子技术迅猛发展并与现在的汽车产业相结合，把现在的汽车从原有的以机械控制为主变成现在的以电控控制为主。这样就对汽车维修人员的要求越来越高，这就要求维修人员不断的更新知识，自我学习，跟上科技的发展，才能顺利的解决故障。
本文首先介绍了大众车系电气系统的一般诊断方法及常见故障的诊断，然后以大众桑塔纳汽车的车型为例，主要介绍了ABS、点火系统的故障诊断与排除。

PUBLIC CAR ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT COMMON FAULT ANALYSIS AND MAINTENANCE
ABSTRACT
With the development of modern automobile electronic equipment increasing, the automobile circuit and electrical breakdown is complicated. When the vehicle electrical system fault, should the vehicle electrical system for detection, diagnosis and repair, in the detection, diagnosis and repair process requires repair technician on the vehicle electrical system has a solid theoretical foundation and strong practical skills, but also have the suitable diagnostic method. So, after a failure occurs, appropriate diagnostic methods for successful troubleshooting key. Master auto circuit fault diagnosis methods and steps, the exclusion of automobile electrical fault becomes simple and orderly. In addition, in today's society, which requires repair personnel to constantly update knowledge, self learning, to keep up with the development of science and technology, can successfully solve the fault.
This paper first introduces the mass of the car electrical system general diagnostic method and fault diagnosis, and then to the Volkswagen Santana cars as an example, mainly introduce the ABS, ignition system fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
