发动机故障灯亮
Description
737NG飞机，偶尔会出现TBV故障代码（75-X058Y）造成发动机控制灯亮：
此时自检一般有单通道的TBV位置信号与需求不一致的的故障代码。
由于此故障一般是间歇性故障，地面试车或者作动筒测试有可能测试不出来。
排故人员一般看到是单通道故障，可能会选择首先更换TBV。接下来的运行中，此故障可能又会间歇性的出现，并且故障代码可能会变成另外一个通道的。
做EEC测试是无法探测出此故障的。
优先建议是完成作动筒测试，但是也不一定会测试出来。
最终都是更换HMU才把故障彻底排除。

Since the TBV is an On/Off valve, the EHSV for the TBV is in the closed position most of the time. With the EHSV in the closed position, the armature of the EHSV contacts the limit stop. Over time, this stop causes wear in the armature, resulting in the gap between the armature and the magnets in the EHSV to decrease. This decreased gap increases the pull the magnet has on the armature, resulting in more current being required from the EEC to open the TBV.
