(1)故障灯状态说明:
本电控系统的故障灯一般位于仪表盘显示屏上(如下图所示),个别整车厂也可能把故障灯布置于仪表盘的按键位置。正常来说,电控系统上电后,未起动发动机时故障灯是常亮的,发动机起动后故障灯熄灭,如果出现电控系统上电后故障灯不亮,此时可能是故障灯或其驱动线束有问题;如果电控系统上电后故障灯闪烁,此时可能发动机存在电控系统相关故障(可能为当前故障或历史故障),若其故障为历史故障则发动机起动后故障灯会熄灭,历史故障码一般可以通过关钥匙后断开发动机供电总闸片刻(20秒以上)来清除;如果电控系统上电后,故障灯常亮或闪烁,发动机起动后故障灯仍然常亮或闪烁,则发动机可能存在电控系统相关故障,此时可以通过读取故障闪码来判断是什么故障以针对性检查排除故障。

(2)故障闪码的读取方法和输出原理:
在电控系统上电后,当ECM的56#针脚接收到接地信号后,故障闪码功能将被激活并通过故障指示灯闪烁输出。
当ECM监测到用户请求故障闪码输出时,ECM将通过闪码按照顺序以一个标准次数输出一个标准代码。
该标准代码设置为123,故障代码闪码输出标准次数设置为3次。标准代码以标定的次数输出后,第一个储存在ECM中的历史故障码将以同样的速度和次数输出,然后根据储存在ECM中的故障脉谱依次输出故障码,ECM不会根据故障码激活的先后顺序输出故障码。如果没有历史故障码了,那么将一直重复输出标准故障码。图一为一个通过故障灯闪码进行故障输出的一个例子:

说明:该例子中闪码输出次序是先输出标准码123,然后逐一输故障码,标准码和故障码输出时均连续闪2遍,上述读取的故障码为221,可对应诊断手册查故障码DTC221查相关故障解析。
