摘要: 为应对全球气候变暖、资源匮乏、缓解环境问题、实现新能源汽车市场的快速发展,规范新能源汽车的市场运行机制,基于对博弈论知识的学习,建立基于政府、企业、消费者三方的博弈模型,考察在新能源汽车发展的过程中三者之间的互动机制,并假设三者在不同策略组合下的各自效益和成本,分析三者的博弈情况。通过研究分析得出:在新能源汽车的发展过程中政府、企业、消费者三者之间的决策策略相互影响,政府可以通过设置合理的补贴以及监管处罚机制协调政府、企业、消费者之间的关系;合理的补贴或罚金,能有效提高企业对新能源汽车研发的积极性以及消费者对新能源汽车的购买欲望;同时,企业对新能源汽车生产与消费者的购买行为之间也相互促进相互影响。
Abstract: In response to global warming, lack of resources and environmental problems, and to realize the rapid development of the new energy automotive market and regulate the market operation mechanism of new energy vehicles, based on the knowledge
of game theory, this paper establishes a game model based on the government, enterprises and consumers to examine the interaction mechanism among the three in the development process of of new energy vehicles, and assumes the three players' different benefits and costs under different combinations of strategies and analyzes the game of the three. Through research and analysis, it is concluded that in the development of new energy vehicles, the decision-making strategies of the government, enterprise and consumers influence each other, the government can coordinate the relationship among government, enterprises, and consumers through the establishment of reasonable subsidies and regulatory punishment mechanisms汽车节能补贴什么时候结束, reasonable subsidies or fines can effectively increase the enthusiasm of companies for R&D of new energy vehicles and consumers' desire to purchase new energy vehicles, at the same time, the production of new energy vehicle of companies and consumers' purchase behavior also promote and influence each other.
