摘 要：针对新能源电动车上下电存在不成功的问题，根据新能源电动车上下电过程中各控制器之间的信号交互以及接收到指令信号后执行的动作，提出一种新能源电动车上下电管控方法，从而提高新能源电动车上下电过程的可靠性和安全性。
