摘 要
随着城市车辆的增多,噪声污染已经严重地干扰人们的生活。汽车排气噪声是汽车的主要噪声源之一,而汽车排气系统的性能决定着排气噪声的水平。故而,一套好的排气系统配备一个好的消声器是更好地降低发动机排气噪声的有效途径,因此对排气系统中消声器的设计越来越受到重视。
本文通过对汽车排气系统的全面汽车尾气处理分析,评价该排气系统的整体性能,同时也研究了消声器以及排气系统的开发设计方法。 建立排气系统分析模型,应用有限元分析软件对汽车排气系统的声场特性进行计算,得到系统的声场分布情况,归纳出穿孔管的结构参数与消声器消声性能的影响关系。其仿真分析结果对排气系统整体性能的优化具有重要指导意义。经过研究分析,总结出排气消声器的开发设计流程、典型消声结构的计算方法等,为下一步开发出可用于排气消声器设计与性能预测的软件提供了重要依据。

Analysis and design of the exhaust system
ABSTRACT
Along with the city vehicle increasing, noise pollution has seriously disrupt people's lives .Automobile exhaust noise is one of the main noise source of automobile, and the automobile exhaust system performance determines the exhaust noise level. Therefore, a good set of exhaust system with a muffler is better for reducing engine exhaust noise effectively, so the exhaust system muffler design is being paid more and more attention.
In this paper, based on the comprehensive analysis of the automotive exhaust system, the exhaust system performance, but also on the muffler and exhaust system design method. Establishment of the exhaust system analysis model, using finite element analysis software for automotive exhaust system characteristics of sound field calculation, system field distribution, summarizes the structure parameters and the perforated tube muffler performance influence .The results of simulation analysis on exhaust performance of the whole system has important guiding significance for optimization. Through research and an
alysis, summed up the development of exhaust muffler design process, typical anechoic structure calculation method as well as the exhaust system design methods and process development for the next step, which can be used for exhaust muffler design and performance prediction of software provides important basis.
