摘        要 
近年来，我国汽车保有量大幅攀升，对汽柴油的需求急剧增加，造成的空气污染也日益严重。同时，随着石油对外依存度的不断提高，能源安全问题也已变得十分突出，加强汽车行业的节能减排工作已经刻不容缓。汽车消费税调整的原因，主要就是日益严峻的能源问题，遏制能源消耗。最近几年我国汽车市场得到了飞跃发展，汽车产销量屡屡创新高。最新的数据统计，2008年上半年我国汽车产销量双双突破500万辆。但是，我国汽车市场的发展并不平衡，节油型的小排量汽车一直不能得到有力的发展。而消费的汽车排量等级却不断提升，大排量的汽车消费增速迅猛。高油耗的SUV却一直得到消费者和市场的青睐，成为最近两年汽车市场的亮点。大排量汽车的快速发展与我国国情极不适应。因此，通过提高汽车消费税，调节汽车消费结构，促进汽车市场的健康发展是当务之急。应此本文对汽车消费税调整，影响进行分析。
