摘  要
人力资源作为企业的重要一部分,企业从录用、入职、培训到考核的过程中,每一步都需要付出相应的成本。员工流失不仅会导致企业管理成本提高,而且还会对在职的员工在工作情绪、工作态度以及工作绩效上产生一定的影响,这些影响都是间接存在却又被管理者忽视的。
本文主要通过对长城企业股份有限公司员工流失问题的调查研究,发现企业在人力资源管理中存在的问题,并提出针对性的解决方案。论文主要从以下几个方面论述长城汽车的员工流失问题:首先,员工流动相关理论的研究,主要讲述员工流动的概念和员工流失模型;其次,长城汽车员工流失的现状,介绍公司概况和员工流失现状,并分析员工流失对公司造成的影响。再次,针对长城汽车员工流失的问卷调查,主要包括问卷的设计以及问卷结果的统计分析,总结出员工流失的原因;最后,从长城汽车的新员工管理、和监管制度、薪酬管理、员工职业生涯管理和工作环境五个方面提出解决公司员工流失的具体对策。

Abstract
As an important component of the enterprise, human resources require the corresponding cost in every phase of recruitment, admission, training and evaluation. Employee turnover not only results in a higher expense of the enterprise’s staff management but also exerts a significant impact on the present employees’ emotions, attitudes and performances related to work, which are implicit and are overlooked by the administrators.
This paper, through investigating the problems with the employee turnover of Great Wall Motor Company Limited, aims to discover the problems existing in human resources management in the enterprise, and put forward the targeted solutions. This paper mainly deals with this issue from the following parts: firstly, based on the related research theories on the employee turnover, the paper presents the important concepts and the model of employee turnover; secondly,it introduces the company and its current situation of staff turnover;and then it is devoted to an attributive analysis of the current situation of the employee turnover on the basis of analyzing survey questionnaires about the employee turnover of Great Wall; finally, the concrete countermeasures are put forward to solve the problem from five aspects, including the new employee management, fines and monitoring
system, payment management, staff’s career management and the working environment, etc.
