摘要:纯电动汽车永磁同步电机是影响整车的NVH性能主要激励源之一,通过对驱动电机定子的分析与优化,能有效降低电机谐频激励,减小电机振动,从而提高整车NVH舒适性。文章以一款纯电动车型为例,重点讲述通过测试排查减速能量回收车内啸叫问题,确认驱动电机24阶、48阶激励通过结构和空气传递到车内,引起车内中高频啸叫声,最终优化驱动电机定子绕组得以改善,达到优化车内噪声的目的,为纯电动汽车NVH性能开发和优化提供参考与借鉴。

Analysis and Optimization of Whine Noise Caused by PMSM Motor of Electric Vehicle

Abstract:The PMSM motor of a electric vehicle is one of the most important incentive source to affect the NVH performance. By the analysis and optimization of the driving motor stator, the harmonic frequency excitation of the motor can be effectively reduced, and the motor vibration became lower, so as to improve the NVH performance of the vehicle This article takes a electric vehicle as an example, it focus on describing the troubleshooting process of a interior whine issue at deceleration energy recovery condition. It is confirmed that the 24th and 48th order excitations of the driving motor are transmitted to the interior vehicle by the structure and air transfer path, and it caused a high-frequency whine noise interior of vehicle. Finally, the stator windings of the drive motor were designed to improved and optimize the interior whine noise. It provides a reference for NVH performance development and optimization of electric vehicle.
