[摘 要]近些年，随着对汽车内饰精致度的极致追求，更多的从业者开始关注内部装饰件的配合形式。介绍汽车内饰件各区域的配合形式及优化方法，为了减少零件配合的不平整度，更多地采用对接； 为了释放环形配合的尺寸链累积误差而采用搭接时，提出隐蔽搭接位置的方法和应尽量减少搭接厚度的建议。

[Absrtact]in recent years， with the pursuit of car interior fineness， more and more practitioners begin to pay attention to the matching form of interior decoration. This paper introduces the matching forms and optimization methods of various regions of automobile interior accessories. In order to reduce the unevenness of parts matching， more docking is adopted， and the lap joint is used to release the cumulative error of size chain of ring matching.
