本文简述了湖北二汽实习时的所见及所得，文中有重点实习工厂的实习记录，也有对所记录资料的分析与总结，将典型零件的生产进行了归类，分为箱体零件、轴类零件及其它类别进行分析总结。同时我也对传统的机械加工有了一个基本的认识，常见的机械加工如车削、钻削、镗削、刨削、铣削和磨削等，加工对象基本不受零件的限制，可以得到很高加工精度和表面质量。而各种不同的加工方式适用不同的场合，又结合刀具的结构特点，这样我们可以完成各种复杂零件的加工。很多零部件生产都采用传统的机械加工，节约成本。
透过这次实习，我看到了我国机械行业的一个现状，我国的制造业还存在很大的依赖性。作为一个有着三十多年发展历史的国有企业，其综合实力在我国的机械行业中发挥着骨干
作用，但在公司的生产线中，很多加工工序复杂、加工精度要求搞的设备都是引进美国、日本、德国等，而且有的生产线是一整套引进过来就投入到生产。虽在原有的生产线上进行了改进、改装，但有的核心技术至今很难掌握，要想实现突破还需一段很长的时间，中国制造业的发展道路任重而道远。

Abstract
This paper describes the saw and income of the second car factory in Hubei province in China when the WYSIWYG practice, the paper focused internship training records of the factory, but also recorded on the data analysis and summary of the typical components of the production were classified into box parts, shaft parts, and other categories were summarized. I also have the traditional machining a basic understanding of the common mechanical processing such as turning, drilling, boring, planing, milling and grinding, etc., the processing object is not part of basic constraints, can be very high machining accuracy and surface quality.     Through this internship, I saw a status of China's machinery industry, China's manufacturing industry still very dependent. With thirty years as a history of state-owned enterprises, and its comprehensive strength in China's machinery industry to play a key role, but in the company's production line, a lot of complex processing operations, the processing precision of the equipment are introduced to engage the United States, Japan, Germany, and in some cases the introduction of production line is set to come into production. Although in the original production line has been improved, modified, however , some still difficult to master core technologies, in order to achieve a breakthrough needed for a very long time, China's manufacturing development path long way to go.
