发动机散热器摘 要:发动机作为汽车动力的来源,是汽车的核心部件,要想发动机能稳定的工作就需要给发动机提供一个良好的工作环境,而作为发动机五大系统中的冷却系统就是保障发动机在一个良好的温度环境中,是发动机能维持正常稳定的工作必不可少的。一旦冷却系统出现故障将会导致发动机无法正常工作,甚至有可能会造成整个发动机报废,所以对发动机冷却系统故障的分析诊断是非常有必要的。由于现在的发动机控制系统越来多,其结构也越来越复杂。传统的故障检测方法对于发动机的检测已经显得有些力不从心了,而且效率低下费时费工。随着故障树分析法的发展在汽车领域的运用已经相当广泛,特别针对像发动机这样的复杂系统是非常有效的。因此本文将故障树分析法引入到发动机冷却系统故障中分析诊断与排除中。本文基于故障树分析法的理论对可能造成发动机冷却液温度过高的故障进行分析研究,出可能造成发动机冷却液温度过高的所有故障模式。

Fault Diagnosis Based on Fault Tree Analysis for Excessive Water Temperature of Automotive Engines
Abstract:As the source of automotive power, the engine is the core component of the automobile. To make the engine work stably, it is necessary to provide a good working environment for the engine. As the cooling system in the five major engines of the engine, the engine is guaranteed to be in a good temperature environment. It is essential for the engine to maintain normal stability. Once the cooling system fails, the engine will not work properly, and even the whole engine will be scrapped. Therefore, it is very necessary to analyze and diagnose the failure of the engine cooling system. Due to the increasing number of engine control systems nowadays, their structure is becoming more and more complicated. The traditional fault detection method has become somewhat ineffective for the detection of the engine, and the inefficiency is time-consuming and labor-consuming. With the development of fault tree analysis, the application in the automotive field has become quite extensive, and it is particularly effective for a complex system such as an engine. Therefore, the fault tree analysis method is introduced into the analysis, diagnosis
and elimination of engine cooling system faults. Based on the theory of fault tree analysis, this paper analyzes the faults that may cause the engine coolant temperature to be too high, and find out all fault modes that may cause the engine coolant temperature to be too high.
