汽车油封
1.取出总泵壳体并清洁表面。
Remove the master pump housing and clean the surface.
2.在壳体上安装传动轴轴承。
Install the drive shaft bearings on the housing.
3.安装轴承盖和拉杆卡环。
Install the bearing cap and linkage snap ring.
4.将油封套件安装在总泵壳体上。
Install the oil seal kit on the master pump housing.
5.在壳体上固定油封套件。
Secure the oil seal kit on the housing.
6.安装出口阀和出口阀弹簧。
Install the outlet valve and outlet valve spring.
7.将减压阀安装在总泵壳体上。
Mount the pressure relief valve on the master pump housing.
8.确保减压阀安装正确并且可移动。
Ensure the pressure relief valve is installed correctly and is movable.
9.安装减压阀弹簧和减压阀调节盖。
Install the pressure relief valve spring and pressure relief valve adjusting cover.
10.连接减压阀调节杆和拉杆。
Connect the pressure relief valve adjusting rod and linkage.
11.安装进口阀和进口阀弹簧。
Install the inlet valve and inlet valve spring.
12.完成总泵壳体的组装。
Complete the assembly of the master pump housing.
13.安装总泵壳体至总泵底座上。
Install the master pump housing on the master pump base.
14.将总泵轴承安装在总泵底座上。
Mount the master pump bearings on the master pump base.
15.安装传感器和传感器支架。
Install the sensors and sensor brackets.
16.安装总泵轴。
Install the master pump shaft.
17.连接总泵轴到传动轴。
Connect the master pump shaft to the drive shaft.
18.安装传动轴和传动轴轴承。
Install the drive shaft and drive shaft bearings.
19.安装总泵壳体盖。
Mount the master pump housing cover.
20.安装压力传感器和液位传感器。
Install the pressure sensor and liquid level sensor.
21.确保传感器和传感器支架安装正确。
Ensure the sensors and sensor brackets are installed correctly.
22.安装总泵油箱。
Install the master pump oil tank.
23.安装总泵输油管道和接头。
Install the master pump oil delivery pipes and fittings.
24.安装总泵吸油管道和接头。
Install the master pump oil suction pipes and fittings.
25.安装总泵压力传感器管道。
