摘 要
随着电控燃油喷射技术的发展和维修认识水平的不断提高,现代轿车中在对装有电控燃油喷射发动机的汽车进行维修时,使用故障诊断仪对发动机电控单元(ECU)进行检测,并根据ECU存储的故障代码进行检修,大多数能判明故障可能发生的原因和部位,会给维修人员的工作带来很大的方便。然而,在对汽车维修时,若仅仅靠故障代码寻故障,往往会出现判断上的失误。实际上,故障代码仅仅是ECU认可的一个是或否的界定结论,不一定是汽车真正的故障部位,因此,在对汽车进行维修时应综合分析判断,结合汽车故障的现象来寻故障部位。
吉利豪情1.0本篇文章首先介绍了桑塔纳3000发动机电控系统的各个系统组成以及工作原理,接着介绍了桑塔纳3000发动机电控系统的故障现象和故障产生的机理,然后讲解了各个故障的诊断方法以及诊断过程。最后通过一个故障案例来具体的讲述故障诊断的流程。

Abstract
With the development of electronic control fuel injection technology and repair the understanding level of the continuous improvement, with the electronic control fuel injection engine automobile repair in the modern car, unit fault diagnosis instrument for engine electronic control (ECU) were detected, and maintenance according to the fault code ECU storage, most can cause and the site of marshaling failure may occur of, will bring great convenience to the repair work. However, in the automotive repair, if only by the fault code to find fault, often can appear mistake in judgment. In fact, the fault code is only a ECU accredited yes or no definition of conclusion, not necessarily the fault position, the car really so, in the repair of the car should be comprehensive analysis, combined with the automobile fault phenomenon to find the fault position.
