摘要
随着市场经济的不断发展，汽车企业正面临着国内和国际的激烈竞争，汽车企业生存和发展的关键就是要靠如何合理有效地进行企业成本控制。成本控制是企业发展的核心，本文通过成本控制对奇瑞汽车企业的重要性，分析了奇瑞汽车企业在各个环节中存在研发设计环节成本关注度不够、采购流程效率低下等问题，出原因并提出目标成本控制法、完善采购订单发票控制等相应配套措施。通过对奇瑞汽车企业的各个环节的成本控制进行研究，为奇瑞汽车企业提高生产效率、降低生产成本占据市场提供一些方法。

Cost control is the core of enterprise development, this paper the importance of Chery Automobile Enterprises through cost control, analyzes the Chery Automobile Enterprises in all aspects of the existing design phase cost to pay attention to is not enough, procurement process efficiency low problem, find out the reasons and put forward the target cost control method and improve the purchase order invoice control and corresponding supporting measures. Through the research on the cost control of each link of the Chery automobile enterprise, the method of improving the production efficiency and reducing the production cost of Chery automobile enterprises is provided.
