摘 要
在现代经济中，汽车已经发挥着越来越重的作用，它是经济增长的推进器，能够推动社会不断进步与发展，汽车个人消费信贷在发达国家已经有百年的发展历史，国外汽车行业也证实汽车消费信贷发挥着巨大作用，目前我国汽车产业已经有了一个质的飞跃，成为我国经济增长的支柱产业之一，然而个人汽车消费信贷在我国才刚刚起步，为了促进我国汽车产业健康发展乃至我国国民经济快速发展研究消费者信贷对我国汽车产业的发展有重要的现实意义。
本文首先介绍了选题的背景、意义及目的，分析了汽车消费信贷的方式和要求，然后文章对国内外汽车消费信贷市场问题进行研究，分析美国、日本、欧洲汽车消费信贷业务发展比较成熟的国家，通过分析其汽车消费信贷发展状况和运作模式等方面，总结它们的丰富经验及优势，对比总结出我国汽车消费信贷市场存在的问题。并就我国汽车消费信贷市场发展问题列举出若干对策，例如完善信用体系、健全相关法律制度等，希望此课题的研究可以给研究我国汽车消费信贷市场研究的团体或者个人给予帮助。
