摘 要
本毕业设计课题来自我校第二届FSAE赛车项目课题。FSAE赛事中文名称为大学生方程式赛,是上世纪70年代由美国汽车工程师协会发起,三十一年以来发展至世界各地,致力于培养汽车方向的大学生各方面综合能力。此项赛事结合了专业知识与工程实践能力,有利于提高大学生的汽车和零部件的自主研发能力。
本文以2011年全国第二届FSAE大学生方程式赛为背景,设计研发一辆符合参赛规则的方程式赛车。FSAE赛车进气系统以减少进气阻力,增强发动机充气效率,增强动力的同时要使赛车手便于操控为目标,对进气系统进行合理的设计。
通过调研国外资料并结合发动机特性确定进气形式,论文确定了赛车的进气设计方案,并对其进行详细阐述,再利用进气管设计公式计算所需工况的进气歧管参数,使用CATIA对进气管三维建模,根据建模后的几何参数,利用赫尔姆霍兹进气谐振原理对其进行验算,最后使
用Fluent进行仿真分析,结果表明,所设计的进气系统能够满足FSAE赛车的要求,并根据仿真分析结果,进行几何形状优化。
本文的主要工作是初步实现了在理论上对FSAE赛车的进气系统做设计与分析,进一步了解FSAE赛车发动机进气的设计要求和特点。这对FSAE赛车发动机性能改进有着实际意义。

Intake Design of FSAE Car
ABSTRACT
This graduation project topic comes from the self-school second session of FSAE vehicle race project topic. The sports event FSAE in Chinese name the university student formula match, was initiated in the 1970s by American automobile Engineer, since 31 years have developed to the world, devote in raise automotive university student various aspects synthesizing capacity. This sports event unified the specialized knowledge and the project practical ability, is advantageous in enhancing university student's self independent researc
h and development ability in automobile and parts.
This article take 2011 national second session of FSAE the university student formula match as the background, the design researches and develops one to conform to the participative rule formula car. The goal of FSAE racing car intake system is reducing the intake resistance, strengthen the engine charge efficiency, enhance the power at the same time must make the racing driver to be advantageous for the control, carries on the reasonable design to the intake system.
The paper had determined racing car's intake design proposal, and unifies the engine performance determination intake form through the investigation and study overseas material, and carries on the detailed elaboration to it, needs the operating mode again using the intake tube design formula computation the intake manifold parameter, uses CATIA for the intake manifold modeling, after the modeling geometric parameter, this intake resonance principle carries on the checking calculation using Helmholtz resonance principle to it, finally uses Fluent to carry on the simulation. s accord with the demand of FSAE,and the comparative analysis results and makes the optimization for its geometrical shape.
