基于人机工学的儿童安全座椅设计
摘要
随着世界各国对儿童安全的重视,儿童安全座椅的发展也越来越快,各国汽车公司都加大了对儿童安全
座椅的研发投入,但因我国儿童安全座椅的发展时间短,技术的局限性,只能通过进口国外发达国家的安全、舒适性能更好的儿童安全座椅,所以针对这种情况,对儿童安全座椅进行结构优化设计对于我国的儿童安全座椅的发展具有一定的促进作用。儿童安全座椅的安全与否也意味着乘车儿童的生命是否安全,所以制造座椅的材料首要考虑的也就是安全性。在选择安全性的座椅材料、保证儿童安全座椅安全的前提条件下,首先想到的是座椅材料的重量选择。
本设计首先根据研究课题到查阅相关的资料,确定儿童安全座椅座椅整体结构,确定整体结构方案后结合人机工学设计座椅结构尺寸参数从而计算得出儿童安全座椅的大致尺寸,接着利用三维作图软件,三维建模设计儿童安全座椅,最后对儿童安全座椅座椅进行有限元分析,通过运用有限元法和现代优化设计方法,对儿童安全座椅的设计进行结构分析与结构优化。儿童安全座椅通过三维建模及有限元方法来设计分析,能有效地缩小儿童安全座椅的开发时长、降低儿童安全座椅的生产成本,是一种十分有用的设计方法和分析手段。

Abstract
With the attention of all countries around the world to children's car safety, the momentum of development of child safety seats becomes more and more strong. Vehicle enterprises in all countries have increased their investment in research and development of child safety seats. However, due to the short development time and technical limitations of child safety seats in our country, only child safety seats with better comfort performance can be imported from developed countries abroad. Therefore, this kind of seat can be used only in developed countries.Under such circumstances, structural optimization design of child safety seats will play a certain role in promoting the development of child safety seats in China.Safety of child safety seats also means that the lives of children in cars are safe, so safety is the primary consideration in the materials used to make seats.Under the precondition of selecting safe seat material and ensuring the safety of child safety seat, the choice of weight of seat material is the first consideration.
The design first determines the overall structure of the child seat according to the research subject and relevant data, determines the overall structure scheme, then calculates the approximate size of the child seat by combining ergonomic design parameters of the seat structure dimensions. Then, it designs the child seat using three-dimensional drawing software and three-dimensional modeling. Finally, it carries out the following steps:Finite element analysis (FEA) is used to analyze and optimize t
he structure of child seat design by FEA and modern optimization design method.The design and analysis of child safety seat by three-dimensional modeling and finite element method can effectively reduce the development time and production cost of child safety seat. It is a very useful design method and analysis method.
