My name is liutao. I’m 33 years old. I graduated from Shandong University of science and technology at 2005. My major is process equipment and control engineering. After graduated I went to Nanjing and worked in the second construction company of sinopec about one year then I went to DDTS until now . In 2008 I was sent to Chengdu and serviced in ChengDa for more than 6 years. When in Chengda I participated in more than 7 chemical projects. My main job is responsible for piping arrangement, equipment arrangement, teach and help new colleagues.
I work hard and serious. I’m good at learning and solving problems. I can adapt to new environment and new requirements very quickly.

Job responsibility
Undertake piping design  in basic and detail design 
Undertake piping design  such as: equipment layout, piping routine study, piping plan, isometrics, and pipe support design, modelreview and check etc
Familiar with relevant Chinese GB, HB and international codes and standards, e.g. ANSI, API, etc,( Familiar with the domestic/oversea related standard and specifications) 
 Proficiency in design automation tools, such as PDS,
Piping CHECK qualification
Self-motivated and ability to work independently 
Excellent team-work spirit

工作职责  Job responsibility
·  完成陆上和海上油气设施管道系统基本设计和详细设计阶段设计工作；Undertake piping system design in basic and detail design for onshore and offshore oil/gas facility.
·  完成管道专业设计，如装置布置图、设备布置、管线布置、单线图、管道材料表和管道支撑等设计工作；Field Piping design, such as: plot plan, equipment layout, piping routine study, piping plan, isometrics, piping material take off and pipe support design, etc;
·  为装置建造提供技术协作和支持；Support and coordinate with other disciplines regarding piping system issues.

·  4年以上油、气及化工行业、相关项目中管道系统设计经验；4+ years experience in Piping system design in oil&gas/petrochemical /chemical/ pharmaceutical or related industr

·  熟悉管道专业的国家标准、国际标准，如GB、HB、ANSI、API等；Familiar with relevant Chinese GB, HB and international codes and standards, e.g. ANSI, API, etc,.
·  精通化工管道设计软件，如PDS、PDMS等； Proficiency in design automation tools, such as PDS,
·  具备如下管道专业设计能力：装置布置图、设备布置、管线布置、单线图、管道材料表和管道支撑等设计能力；Experience of plot plan, equipment layout, piping routine study, piping plan, isometrics, piping material take off and pipe support design against project standards & specification.
· 大型国际化工程设计院设计背景优先；International engineering company working experience is preferred.
·  良好的英语阅读和写作能力；English reading and writing capability is required.
·  良好的团队合作及较高的沟通能力；Good team player， Effective communication skills.
·  取得压力管道设计或审核资格、注册化工工程师执业证书者优先。Piping design qualification and Registered Engineer License is preferred..
·  有管道应力设计经验者优先；Experience of Piping stress is preferred.
Why you consider changing your job? （为何考虑离职）
Our company’s main business is engineering service and consulting, we always service outside in other engineering companies as a third-party employee; there wouldn’t be too much room for us to develop. Piping leader of plant is the highest position for us. I‘ve already got that position. It means I already touch the rooftop. I need to find a better platform which can give me long-term career development. That’s why I consider changing my job.
Where are you from? Where is your hometown? (家乡)
Nantong. A city of Jiangsu province. It’s located in the north of Shanghai across Yangtze(长江).
Why you work in Chengdu not Shanghai, will you change your work location?(那为何不考虑去上海工作呢？)
I was send to Chengdu. At that time I was only thinking about learning some useful technic
al here. Slowly I find I love this city more and more. So I decide to settle down.
Second question is a bit complicated. Our industry needs employees travel frequently. Sometimes I can’t decide my work location. I hope I can stay in Chengdu as long as I can but if my work requires me to travel or change work location that would be ok.
What contribution have you done to your project?（对项目有何贡献？）
I finish my job according to the schedule.
福特斯I make my design work more reasonably, I also give colleagues advices to help them to solve problems and cut down unnecessary cost.
My serious work can also reduce my leader’s pressure.
What’s your most hated thing?（最讨厌的事）
I hate somebody break promise again and again.
How to define a success project?（如何定义一个成功的项目）
Every project has schedule, cost plan and quality plan, if we follow these plans to complete the project, the project is success.
DO you know BASF? Tell me something about it.（对BASF有何了解）
BASF is a Germany company. It’s one of the biggest chemical companies in the world. It’s very famous in chemical industry. 
What are your salary expectations for this position? Starting salary? Salary in five years?

I hope my start salary can reach 200K RMB/year before tax.
Honesty I haven’t thought about the salary in five years. That depends on how much value I create for the company.
How much is your current salary? Can you tell me your current salary structure? （目前的薪水及结构）
My current salary is about 150K RMB/year before tax.
It includes basic salary, bonus, and allowance.
My current basic salary is 6500/month.
          Bonus is about 3750/month
          Overtime allowance is 600/month( no matter how long we work overtime, it’s fixed)
          Transportation allowance is 1300/month
          Year-end award is about 10000/year, that’s not fixed, is floating. It depends on the profit that year.
