摘 要
日益严重的环境污染和能源危机对汽车工业的开展提出了极为严峻的挑战。为了汽车工业的可持续开展,以使用电能的电动机作为驱动设备的电动汽车能真正实现“零污染〞,现已成为各国汽车研发的一个重点。在电动汽车研发的众多技术选型之中,依靠轮边驱动的电动汽车逐渐成为一种新颖的电动汽车选型方向。
为了弥补现有轮边驱动电动车辆驱动系统的缺陷,本文设计了一种新型双电机二级减速独立驱动桥。该方案采用磷酸铁锂动力电池作为动力源,两台永磁同步电机作为驱动装置,依靠两套减速齿轮组分别进展减速,用短半轴来带动车轮旋转。在系统构型设计的根底上,进展了包括电动机、减速器和电池在内的动力系统参数匹配和主减速器的设计。
事实上,该驱动方案和匹法为新型动力系统开发提供了一定借鉴。

Abstract
With the increasingly serious environmental pollution and the energy crisis, the auto industry is facing severe challenges. To the sustainable development of the automobile industry, the word’s major automobile panies are starting to research various new types of pollution-free environmentally friendly vehicles. In all development projects, the use of the Wheel-driven motors for electric cars can truly achieve“zero pollution〞,it has bee a vehicle of research and development focus. In a wide range of technical options of the electric vehicles, the Wheel-driven electric vehicles have bee a new research direction.
In order to make upthe flawsof existing in-wheel motors drivingg10 system for electric vehicles, a new kind of two-motor independent wheeldriving axlewith two sets of deceleration gear clusters, has been designed.
