柴油发电机组试车大纲
THE GENERAL OUTLINE OF MARINE DIESEL ENGINE
一.试车前的准备工作
THE PREPARE WORKS BEFORE TEST
1.检查柴油机的燃油，滑油，冷却水、压缩空气等系统是否具备试车条件；
Inspection fuel oil system,lubrication oil system,cooling water system and pressure air system etc. All in good condition.
2.打开淡水截止阀或启动淡水泵对柴油机进行充水，检查各处是否漏水；
Open fresh water stop valve or fresh water pump.Let fresh water into marine diesel engine, then inspect for leakage.
3.启动备用机油泵（或手摇泵），盘车向运动部件配合面输送滑油，检查轴承处的出油情况；
Star-up the spare lubrication pump (hand-roller lubrication pump),let the lubricator into the engine.Ensure the movement parts should be lubricated well.
二.起动试验
STARTING TEST
起动次数不少于3次；
The starting times of marine diesel engine must be not less than 6 .
三.空载磨合试验
RUN TESTt
1.空车运转10～15分钟，停车检查轴承等部件的温度；
The marine diesel engine at no load condition run 10 ～15 minutes,then stop the engine. Inspection the temperature of bearing.
2.经上面检查正常后，继续试验，试验时间2～6 h。在试验过程中，要记录好油，水的压力和温度以及各缸排气温度等参数。
If no tourble is found,make the marine diesel engine run about 2～6hours.
3.柴油机滑油低压及冷却水高温报警装置必须准确可靠。
The marine diesel engine alarm of low pressure of lubrication oil and high temperature of cooling water must be in good condition.
四.负荷试验
LOAD TEST
1.试验负荷为额定负荷的85％。
The test load is 85% of rating load.
2.试验时，原动机的各缸参数对其平均值的差异应符合表.1
The difference between the parameters of cylinders and the parameter averages must accord with the tab.1.

3.试验负荷的时间要求如表.2
The time of load test should accord with tab.2.

4.在试验过程中，要记录好油，水的压力和温度以及各缸排气温度等参数。
在满负荷试验时，要测量和调整好各缸排气温度和爆炸压力。
In the test, must record the pressure and temperature of oil and water of cylinders. At the full load condition ,must inspect and adjust the exhuast airtemperature and explode pressure for the different cylinders.
五.调速性能试验
GOVERNOR CAPABILITY TEST
1.突加负荷试验；
Sudden add load test
2.突卸负荷试验；
Sudden remove load test
3.调速性能试验应满足表.3要求
Governor capability must accord with the request of tab.3.

4.停车检查轴承等部件的温度。
Stop the engine, then inspect the temperature of bearing parts.
