从表5可以看出,与生产配方轮胎相比,试验配方轮胎的零气压耐久性能提高9%,其他性能也更优,各项指标均符合国家标准要求。
3 结论
(1)在缺气保用轮胎胎侧支撑胶中用高顺式聚丁二烯复合橡胶VCR617代替NdBR具有较好的补强增硬效果,胶料硬度、100%定伸应力、拉伸强度、撕裂强度提高,生热降低,抗湿滑性能较好;硫化速度略快,弹性降低。
(2)用高顺式聚丁二烯复合橡胶VCR617代替NdBR的试验配方胶料作为胎侧支撑胶试制的成品轮胎零气压耐久性能提高9%,成品轮胎室内性能测试结果均满足国家标准要求,且优于生产配方轮胎。

Application of High Cis-polybutadiene Rubber VCR617 in Sidewall
Support Compound of Run-flat Tire

万力轮胎Abstract:The application of high cis-polybutadiene rubber VCR617 in the sidewall support compound of run-flat tire was studied.The results showed that the high cis-polybutadiene rubber VCR617 had better reinforcing and hardening effect than neodymium based cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber(NdBR).The hardness,modulus at 100% elongation,tensile strength and tear strength of the compound were improved by using VCR617 to replace NdBR,the heat build-up was reduced,and wet skid resistance was better.The zero pressure durability of the finished tire with high cis-polybutadiene rubber VCR617 as the main material of sidewall support compound could be increased by 9%.The indoor performance test results of the finished tire with high cis-polybutadiene rubber VCR617 met the requirements of the national standard,and were better than the finished tire with NdBR.

一种弹性非充气轮胎及车辆
由上海宇航系统工程研究所申请的专利(公布号 CN 111806159A,公布日期 2020-10-23)“一种弹性非充气轮胎及车辆”,公开了一种弹性非充气轮胎及车辆,包括轮毂、外胎圈和位于轮毂与外胎圈之间
的胎体。胎体包括环形弹性件和第1弹性单元,环形弹性件设于轮毂与外胎圈之间,形成轮胎整体外部构型并在胎肩部位提供一定的支承力,环形构型保证了轮胎的径向以及侧向力学性能;第1弹性单元设于环形弹性件的内圈内,用于对环形弹性件进行支撑,进而支撑胎面以提高轮胎径向刚度。环形弹性件和第1弹性单元的弹力特性使得轮胎具备一定的减震效果,解决了现有弹性轮胎存在径向和侧向力学性能差的问题。
