Abstract: In the rubber industry, especially tire companies, the carbon black weighing and feeding system of the auxiliary machine often has problems such as excessive and less carbon black addition and inaccurate inspection, and system failure. Many rubber materials cannot be used or even scrapped due to carbon black problems. Even if they can be used, some rubber materials need to be cut manually, and then mixed with normal materials in proportions. This not only causes a great waste of manpower and material resources, but also brings risk to quality control. This article discusses and analyzes the reasons for its failure, and publishes the successful modification scheme for peer exchange and reference.
