摘要
一汽集团新能源乘用车发展战略研究
伴随着经济的快速发展,世界人民物质水平的提高,汽车的人均拥有率逐年提高。作为最常用的交通工具,汽车已经成为现代社会的重要组成部分,汽车工业及相关产业链,已经成为社会、经济、文化等领域最重要的板块之一。然而与此同时,传统燃油汽车带来的诸多严重问题也困扰着人类的社会生活,并且日益加剧。两个最显著的问题是传统燃油汽车对不可再生能源的依赖,以及碳排放物对城市生活环境的污染。因此在我国政策的引导和鼓励下,大力发展新能源汽车成为中国步入可持续发展之路的重大举措。发展新能源汽车可以减少对不可再生能源的依赖,同时是环境保护事业的需要,是我国推动经济发展方向转型、促进经济增长的战略需要,也是我国汽车行业一次“弯道超车”的机会。我国的新能源汽车技术,从上世纪七十年代非常缓慢的积累,到2014年中国新能源汽车产业元年开始的飞速发展,技术已经逐步成熟,新能源汽车行业的发展成效已经初见端倪。一汽集团作为世界五百强企业,作为我国汽车行业举足轻重的大型国有企业,肩负着历史的重任、社会的责任。制造出中国第一台卡车和第一台轿车的一汽集团,在发展新能源汽车势在必行的大环境下,该如何面对机遇和挑战。本文献提出了目前一汽集团在新能源乘用车发展方面出现的问题——不适应新能源汽车的市场节奏,市场投放保守;新能源汽车产业建设的投资和整体资源配置保守;研发体系与生产制造和市场销售脱节等。从外部环境分析,政策方面,政府不断扶持和导向新能源产业发展;市场方面国内外各大车企都在产品转型和发力布局;社会文化方面,普通民众逐渐
接受并逐渐推崇环保理念的新能源汽车;经济性方面,对于用户而言新能源汽车的用电成本远低于汽油;技术方面,纯电动和混合动力技术日趋成熟。从内部环境分析,一汽集团体量庞大、组织机构复杂、部分职能重叠、工作流程冗长,
但员工学历和素质水平在国内汽车行业属于一流;硬件资源方面,一汽集团整体而言用于研发、生产制造的硬件较好;资金配置方面,近年来新能源汽车的研发和生产投入比较保守;技术能力方面,一汽集团掌握了一部分关键技术,需要进一步进行产品化。通过对一汽集团新能源乘用车发展战略的研究,实现合理的发展规划建议,以期一汽集团在新能源汽车领域更快速的适应汽车行业转型升级,使一汽集团开发和制造的新能源汽车商品取得更多的境内外销量,更出的执行国家的战略部署,更多的担负社会责任,秉持汽车行业发展良机,提高在国际汽车行业中的竞争力,促进企业可持续发展。
