基于dsPACE单板控制器Dsl104和集成开发平台MAT-LAB/Simulinl【,lUw进行系统全数字实时仿真实验。爪极同步发电机为12极电机,额定电流为120A。
当负载电流由0A突加到60A时(模拟突加负载),直流输出电压‰最大下降到38V,经过约13ms恢复到42V。当负载电流由60A突减到0A时(模拟突卸负载),直流输出电压udc最大上升到46V,经过约lOms恢复到42V。这说明该发电系统具有良好的动态电压抑制能力。电机定子电流为正弦波(叠加幅值很低的开关纹波),电机绕组的谐波含量很小,功率因数为l,提高了发电机的效率。

本文采用磁场定向控制方法和电势一负载匹配技术,实现42V汽车发电系统高性能控制。在负载100%(2.5kW)突变时,动态电压恢复时间小于15ms,整流器输入、输出电压非常稳定。与传统14V发电机系统相比,该系统显著地减低电机绕组的谐波,提高发电机的功率因数、输出功率和效率,降低油耗和尾气排放。
