轮式挖掘机离合器及变速箱设计
摘要:本次设计是在对轮式挖掘机的离合器及变速箱进行分析与研究的基础上,通过对离合器及变速箱的工作原理、性能参数、构造及制造工艺进行分析与对比,设计出更好更能满足现今工程生产需要的轮式挖掘机的离合器及变速箱。根据轮式挖掘机的使用特点及要求本次设计采用了和普通汽车类似的离合器及变速箱,目的是借用标准汽车的零部件,降低制造成本,维修也更方便。然后在设计的过程中对变速箱的档位数与传动比、档位的布置、换档方式以及离合器的从动盘、压盘、分离装置等进行了结构的优化设计,在满足使用要求的前提下尽量地简化了机械结构,从而在降低了成本
的同时,降低了挖掘机操纵员的工作强度,还满足了对轮式挖掘机工作效率、安全性、稳定性及成本等的要求。关键词:轮式挖掘机变速箱离合器从动盘。
Abstract:This design is on the clutch and gearbox wheeled excavator research and  analysis  on  the  basis  of  clutch,  through  the  working  principle,  and  the  gearbox  performance parameters, structure and the manufacturing process analysis and  comparison,  more  can  satisfy the  design  better  production  need  now  engineering  wheeled excavator clutch and transmission. According to the use of wheeled  excavator characteristics and requirements of this design USES a and ordinary cars  similar clutch and transmission, the purpose is to borrow standard components, reduce  automobile manufacturing costs, repair more convenient also. Then in design process  on the number and transmission ratio of gear transmission, gear arrangement, shift  way and clutch platen, pressure plate, separation device etc optimization design of the  structure  in  the  precondition  of  contented  use  simplified  mechanical  structure  as  possible, in order to reduce the costs at the same time, reduced the excavator working  strength, manipulating member of still satisfied wheeled excavator working efficiency,  safety, stability and cost requirements.
