“售后服务的平均利润可以达到45%，有的品牌特别是一些销售高档车型的4S店可以做得更高。”一位从事汽车售后服务管理工作多年的业内人士向记者透露。
记者调查了解到，一辆小汽车进4S店维修一次的平均费用大约700-800元左右，这个数字会因车辆的级别而上下浮动。而车龄达到2-3年后平均每次维修的费用将上升至1000-1500元。
售后服务有多赚钱,用一位售后经理的话可以回答。“现在大部分4S店的售后利润就可以维持
整间店的经营成本，而部分盈利状况良好的品牌甚至还有更多的盈余。” 一间保有客户3000辆的4S店为例，每月大约有2000辆/车次进厂维修，营业额大约为150-200万元。在佛山受捧的日系品牌例如丰田、本田等，一家4S店每年的售后服务营业额可以达到3000万元甚至更多。按照45%的利润计算，利润将超过1000万元。
“售后利润超过销售这已经是行规了，这两三年的情况都是如此。”曾经担任某品牌售后经理的申先生告诉记者:“通常是售后的利润养起一家店，解决经营成本，而销售利润、精品利润以及厂家的返点这些资金来源则成了经销商的利润盈余部分。仅靠销售利润几乎不可能维持经营，甚至还要亏损。”

而在售后服务对经销商的经营状况越来越起到关键作用的同时，全行业一直紧缺的售后经理的工资也逐年提升，到目前已经普遍超过了销售经理的水平。
据悉，目前佛山4S店售后经理的月薪大约在5000-10000元左右，而销售经理则为4000-8000元。但是销售经理除了工资以外还会有些灰收入，例如保险回扣。“这在行业已是公开的秘密。”

“4S店的利润向后转移是必然的，这几年的汽车价格战迫使汽车销售利润空间收缩，而且这种趋势不会停止。”
4S店也看到了这种趋势，近两年对售后的重视日益加强。佛山某欧系品牌近两年通过不断提升软硬件投入和人员配备，通过了厂家严格的服务认证体系。“虽然直接花费就高达数十万元，还不包括各种间接投资，但是这个投入为我们赢得了服务品牌，提高了维修质量和效率。客户也愿意为我们先进的技术和服务埋单。”该店负责人表示。
业内人士表示，近年来狠抓售后的绝不止上面这家企业。售后服务的加强是4S店专业、实力的体现，也帮助经销商不断增强获取利润的能力。因此，对售后的投入能够获得持续的回报。

衡量售后服务的盈利能力有一个很重要的指标就是“零服吸收率”，所谓“零服吸收率”是指售后服务产生的利润与经销商运营成本的比率，“零服吸收率”越高表明售后利润状况越好。例如，一家4S店的“零服吸收率”为80%，则表明该店的售后利润可以支持企业八成的运营成本。一般一家开业3年以上的4S店的“零服吸收率”可以达到100%，也就是说仅售后利润就可以完全支持企业的运营成本。
记者了解到，一般4S店的维修费用普遍比社会维修厂的维修费用高20%-30%左右，算上各种工时保养则更高。尽管收费高企，4S店依然能够吸引客户，说明其一定有某些“过人之处”。
与社会上的维修厂相比，4S店的主要优势在于专业门槛、技术壁垒、配件垄断、维修环境和品牌优势等几个方面。消费者一般认为，非4S店维修不仅不能保证服务质量，还可能会给新车带来质量问题和安全隐患，不得不忍受高价服务。
“看到路边维修店脏乱差的环境和维修设备的简陋就对其维修能力和资质信心不足。”车主刘先生表示。而正是4S店的专业、高效、可靠的服务形象产生了售后服务的可观溢价。观察人士指出，“也许4S店的服务值不了那么贵的收费，但是为了稳妥，同时考虑到消费者很难到其他的选择。说到底是一个愿打一个愿挨的消费关系。”
售后服务成盈利核心

我们看到，在当今激烈的市场竞争中，汽车消费主题的转变必将带来消费模式的重大变革。国外企业早已在中国建设了代理销售系统及售后服务系统，并以提高保质期限为立足点推行品牌化服务，把售后服务体系作为企业盈利的主要环节。对经销商而言，整车销售的利润已经很低，售后服务对于汽车销售的重要性日益明显，对实现其经济利益起着举足轻重的作用。
