汽车后视镜镜壳热流道注塑模设计

摘要:针对汽车后视镜镜壳的结构特点和技术要求,设计了一副热流道注塑模具&模具采用斜推杆及斜向滑块侧向抽芯机构,解决了塑件结构复杂、脱模困难的问题。通过模流分析,确定了先进合理的浇注系统,保证了塑件外观质量。模具采用网格式冷却水路,成型周期缩短至30s,生产效率提高约10%&

1塑件结构分析及技术要求
图1为福特蒙迪欧汽车后视镜镜壳零件示意,材料为丙烯月青-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS),收缩率取0.5%「门。塑件最大外形尺寸254.2mm X 122.5mmX120.6mm。塑件特点及技术要求如下:1)塑件为外饰件,外观要求高,有斑点,
