摘 要
汽车总拼是有三方面组成的：一是汽车底板，二是汽车左右侧围，三是汽车顶盖。总拼就是把这三个零部件组合成汽车白车身。在这之中过程级的组态操作界面成了必不可少的部分。
捷达空调rally fighter过程控制级的组态操作界面采用工业控制计算机，采用三菱PLC使用标准软件和网络，以实现过程诊断、过程监视、控制及信息管理。标准的显示和操作窗口,实时显示工艺流程控制点的过程参数，操作员可以很方便地通过动态画面，实时监视设备状态，如吊具启停，变频器状态、电机启停等；同时，根据该工段的工艺流程需要，及时对设备进行控制。对于调节回路有两种控制方式，即自动调节和手动调节。发现异常事件，作出提示、报警及处理命令；并可调阅与修改控制参数，远程切换工作状态，故障诊断及报表打印；也可保存生产报表及报警信息。
