摘要
武汉东本储运运作东风本田售后备件物流业务，取得一定的备件物流运作的经验。但是随着近10年中国汽车销售市场的高速增长，东风本田售后备件物流业务不断扩大，备件物流管理的难度日渐增大。备件物流作为汽车供应链管理的一部分，在整个供应链中关于提升客户服务，降低成本方面起着重要作用，也是东本储运自身核心竞争力的重要组成部分。
盗匪250本论文针对东本储运运作东风本田售后备件物流业务的现有状况，结合当前关于关于供应链管理、物流管理、物流配送中心规划与运作管理等学科的理论知识和研究成果，特别是在汽车备件物流管理的相关理论和研究成果，对东本储运的备件物流现状进行分析，在全面调查分析东本储运汽车备件物流管理现状的基础上，结合东风本田售后物流服务的战略目标，确定售后备件的物流服务目标，通过存在问题的梳理、把握，提出针对性的备件物流管理优化改善设计方案。首先，是以快速响应为目标的备件物流业务流程改善，包括备件物流目标的明确，业务流程的梳理，到业务流程中存在的问题。通过ESIA理论
模型对各个业务流程进行分析优化，使整体的业务步调一致，更加协调，提高工作效率和对客户的服务水平。其次，采用EIQ-ABC的分析方法，针对汽车售后备件种类繁多，对汽车售后备件做分类，制定相对应的仓储布局和定位设计策略，提升仓库的作业效率、作业精度和保管效率。降低成本，提升备件物流的服务水平。最后，是分库选址的优化，结合目前分库运营成本和服务特约店布局的变化，采用因次分析法，以科学的方法确定分库的选址，降低分库运营成本，提升时效，提升备件物流服务水平。
