摘要
武汉东本储运运作东风本田售后备件物流业务,取得一定的备件物流运作的经验。但是随着近10年中国汽车销售市场的高速增长,东风本田售后备件物流业务不断扩大,备件物流管理的难度日渐增大。备件物流作为汽车供应链管理的一部分,在整个供应链中关于提升客户服务,降低成本方面起着重要作用,也是东本储运自身核心竞争力的重要组成部分。
盗匪250本论文针对东本储运运作东风本田售后备件物流业务的现有状况,结合当前关于关于供应链管理、物流管理、物流配送中心规划与运作管理等学科的理论知识和研究成果,特别是在汽车备件物流管理的相关理论和研究成果,对东本储运的备件物流现状进行分析,在全面调查分析东本储运汽车备件物流管理现状的基础上,结合东风本田售后物流服务的战略目标,确定售后备件的物流服务目标,通过存在问题的梳理、把握,提出针对性的备件物流管理优化改善设计方案。首先,是以快速响应为目标的备件物流业务流程改善,包括备件物流目标的明确,业务流程的梳理,到业务流程中存在的问题。通过ESIA理论
模型对各个业务流程进行分析优化,使整体的业务步调一致,更加协调,提高工作效率和对客户的服务水平。其次,采用EIQ-ABC的分析方法,针对汽车售后备件种类繁多,对汽车售后备件做分类,制定相对应的仓储布局和定位设计策略,提升仓库的作业效率、作业精度和保管效率。降低成本,提升备件物流的服务水平。最后,是分库选址的优化,结合目前分库运营成本和服务特约店布局的变化,采用因次分析法,以科学的方法确定分库的选址,降低分库运营成本,提升时效,提升备件物流服务水平。
