摘    要
轻型货车的后桥又称为驱动桥,主要由主减速器、差速器、半轴、和驱动桥桥壳等组成。主减速器是汽车传动系中减小转速、增大扭矩的主要部件。主减速器的结构型式和设计参数除对汽车的可靠性与耐久性有重要影响外,对汽车的行驶性能也有直接影响。
本文主要完成后桥主减速器的设计、参数计算和主要零件强度校核。本文首先主介绍选择本课题的背景意义、研究本课题需解决的主要问题、所能达到的预期目的以及国内外汽车车桥的发展现状。再是介绍了主减速器的型式,主减速器齿轮的类型和主减速器的支承型式及安置方法。接着是对主减速器的参数选择与设计计算,选择基本的参数为下一步的计算做准备,接下来就是是主减速器锥齿轮强度和轴承的载荷计算。最后对主减速器齿轮的材料及热处理做了详细的描述。
通过对主减速器的认识与了解,对汽车的车桥有了更深的印象,对于将来如何选购汽车,怎样更好的去设计汽车都有了帮助。

In this paper on the rear axle the main reducer the design, calculation and the main parameters of strength checking parts. First ,I introduce the choice of the main topics on the background of significance on this issue to be resolved the major issues, to achieve the desired objectives at home and abroad as well as the development of automobile axles. Then, I talked about the main type of reducer, the main reducer the type and the main gear reducer type of support and resettlement method. Then the main reducer parameters and design, the choice of the basic parameters for the next step to prepare for the calculation, the next is the bevel gear reducer is the main strength and bearing the load calculation.
Through known about the main reducer awareness and understanding ,so that I gained a deeper impression on the axles of the car ,it may be gave me a large help for how to buy cars in the future,and how to optimize the design of the car better .
