0AM型干式7速DSG变速器自上市以来厂家在质保方面确实要比其它任何一款变速器的质保时间都要长,无论是一汽大众还是上海大众都推出了4年15W公里的质保周期。因此一开始大家在想修这款变速器肯定不会那么容易了,要耐心等待4年后再说。但殊不知我们中国是一个特殊环境的市场再加上新产品特有的先天的设计缺陷(应该说是水土不服),所以问题还是不断4S店的维修我们就不说了,我们在外边所接触0AM问题大多都跟事故有关,那么也就是说我们的新手太多了再加上道路条件还有点差,所以一不小心就把壳体给撞坏了。壳体坏了换一个不就完事了吗,没想到大家似乎感觉在这方面运气都不怎么好,换完壳体后要么没有倒档要么就没有一档,要么匹配设置中断要么故障代码频出,总而言之一次性解决问题的几率不高。那么原因何在呢,个人认为有两块:一块是变速器自身保护问题(瞬间剧烈撞击带来的离合器形变),另外一块就是大家在维修中的不规范操作引起的。其中问

对离合器的保护不当引起的问题(摩擦片上弄上油污或摔碰)。
大家都知道双离合器总成的内齿毂花键槽与输入轴间的花键槽是紧配合的,所以有人在拆卸时通过野蛮的撬压取出来的,而在安装时又是通过敲击砸进去的,这样的操作无非带来的就是离合器本体的形变,从而影响双离合器正常的自由间隙准确性也因此出现了那么多的问题。其实在拆装时我们稍微动一些脑筋开发一些方便的工具就可以满足拆装要求了。
另外一块就是双离合器间隙的精调,维修手册已经描述得很清楚了,小学的加减法(包括离合器本身的公差)很容易得到标准值(不定性是一个多变数值)。这样当我们掌握了间隙的调整再加上专用工具的使用维修操作起来就变得简单了。
0AM波箱油和阀体油的加注
0AM波箱的阀体油和齿轮箱油是分开的,并使用两种不同型号和颜的油。阀体部分加注的是绿的阀体专用油,加注量为1。1L ,油号为G 004 000,此种油市场上不易购得,建议大家在拆装波箱时不要拆开阀体侧盖,只拆开阀体总成与波箱的连接螺丝(T45),这样就不are some differences in level of development of the various modes of transport, leading to traffic levels have a greater imbalance. 会浪费阀体专用油了,省去购买的麻烦。
齿轮箱部的专用油为淡黄,加注量为1。7L ,油号为G 052 171,如买不到可用大众专用波箱油替代。
阀体部分只有放油孔,没有加油孔,只能从透汽孔加注。 齿轮箱油加注孔在阀体的上部有个内六角的加油螺丝。
