摘要内容：汽车金融是在汽车的生产、流通与销售环节中融通资金的金融活动，主要包括资金筹集、信贷经营、抵押贴现、证券发行与交易以及相关保险、投资活动，它是汽车业与金融业相互渗透的必然结果。在当今世界，发展汽车金融服务业已经成为主流趋势，国外的汽车金融服务业已相当发达。近几年，我国汽车行业飞速发展，但能够为企业带来高盈利性的汽车金融业却发展缓慢，因此，我国也应该加快汽车金融服务业发展的步伐，促进我国汽车业和金融业的共同发展。
    本文分为五个部分，首先概述了汽车金融的含义，从其发展历史、特点和汽车金融的优势几个方面了解我国汽车金融业；之后介绍了我国汽车金融业的现状；接着对我国汽车金融业所产生的问题进行研究分析；最后提出了自己的一些建议和想法，以期促进我国汽车金融业的迅速发展。本文的创新点在于结合我国发展汽车金融市场特有的自身优势进行分析并提出了细化汽车金融产品的建议。

It’s a corollary of the mutual penetration between the automobile industry and the finance industry. In the world, Developing the automobile finance is already a key trade. The foreign automobile financeindustry has been already well-developed. Recent years, China’s automobile industry has developed rapidly. Butour automobile finance industry which brings us more profits develops slowly. So,our country should develop our own automobile finance more rapidly to promote the development of both the auto industry andthe finance industry.
